BAHAMAS CAR RENTALS

There are plenty of Bahamas rental cars to choose from on Grand Bahama or in Nassau.  The other islands are small enough that there is no need for a car.  You will need to be over the age of twenty-one to rent a car in the Bahamas, and some companies will not rent to any driver under twenty-five.  Your driver’s license from home will work up to 90 days, and then you will need to apply for an international or Bahamian license.  Below is a list of Bahamas car rentals and where they are located.

Driving in Bahamas is on the left.  The roads outside of the major towns are not always well-maintained or even paved, and care should be exercised when driving here.  Local drivers do not always obey the laws and speed limits, so you should be sure to give your full attention to the road and other vehicles to stay safe during your Bahamas travel.
